House rules
Dear Guests,
Our house rules are designed to ensure that our guests can relax with all the necessary information at hand.
Only guests who accept and follow these rules for themselves and their companions, and who take responsibility for any damage caused by non-compliance, are allowed to stay in the guesthouse.
- Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the guesthouse or breaking the house rules.
Any damage caused on the property must be compensated by the person responsible or their legal representative.
We are not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the property, including the garden. Guests must take care of their personal items and valuables. Equipment belonging to the guesthouse may not be removed from the premises, even temporarily.
Certain areas and equipment in the guesthouse or its yard can be dangerous if not used properly – guests use them at their own risk (fire pits, grills, etc.).
- Complaints
If any problems arise during your stay, please notify the owner immediately.
We cannot accept complaints after the stay.
We take all complaints seriously and resolve them personally. You can call us 24/7 during your stay – we are happy to help!

- Arrival
Upon arrival, guests must provide personal documents required for registration (passport or ID card, address card) and pay the due amount on site. Guests may only occupy the rooms after the full payment has been made.
The accommodation fee includes utilities, other overhead costs, bed linen with covers, weekly linen change and cleaning for stays longer than a week, as well as final cleaning.
The full participation fee refers to the pre-booked days. If guests decide to leave early, no refund will be issued.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Access is with the key in the password-protected safe. The password will be sent by SMS or email upon request.
- Departure
Please leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, otherwise an extra charge will apply.
Lock the entrances when leaving or overnight.
Turn off water, electricity, and appliances, and close windows. Return the keys to the safe and lock it according to the instructions.
- Emergency
In case of fire, use the fire extinguisher in the storage room next to the kitchen and call 112, then notify the owner.
- Music and parties
The guesthouse is located in a residential area. Loud parties are not allowed to ensure neighbors’ peace.
- Smoking and fire safety
Smoking inside the buildings is prohibited.
Please use the designated smoking area on the terrace and the ashtrays provided.
No flammable materials may be brought into the rooms. Be cautious when using candles – never leave a burning candle unattended!
- Fire and grilling
A grill with charcoal is provided in the small wooden house. Only use charcoal for grilling!
Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits (bacon/grill stand), with a bucket of water nearby and in accordance with fire safety rules.
Never leave a fire unattended and always extinguish it after use.
- Parking
Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the yard or in front of the house.
- Use of furnishings
Please use furniture and equipment appropriately. Decorative items should not be moved.
Indoor furniture and equipment should not be taken outside, except for the hanging chair, which may be moved to the outdoor stand. In stormy weather, return it indoors.
If furniture is rearranged during the stay, please return it to its original position before departure.
Wi-Fi is accessible via the code provided at the accommodation.
On request, we provide a high chair, baby bath, and baby bed with a mattress and bedding for the little ones.
In the hallway cupboard, you will find games for the whole family.
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
The guesthouse is clean upon arrival. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness. For stays longer than a week, weekly cleaning and linen/towel changes will be arranged.
Do not leave dirty dishes or trash upon departure.
If possible, use indoor shoes to help maintain cleanliness.
- Meals and kitchen use
Wash used dishes and cutlery before departure and remove perishable food from the fridge.
Do not place metal objects in the microwave.
Do not take food or drinks to the rooms.
- Broken or damaged items
Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can replace or repair it.
Unexpected damage may occur even without guest fault; please report irregularities to the owner immediately to prevent serious damage.
- First aid
In case of accident, call 112!
- Other provisions
We reserve the right to select our guests.
Immediate eviction may occur for inappropriate or uncultured behavior, disturbing others’ peace, immoral conduct, loudness, or leaving trash. If harmful activity continues after a warning, guests must leave immediately after compensation for damages.
The guesthouse is not responsible for events outside its control (natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
